How Often Should Website Content Change?

Content is obviously a huge component of SEO, since it's what gets crawled and indexed by the search spiders and then appears in the SERP for relevant keyword searches. The on site component of SEO involves going through an entire website, page by page, and improving the content for search by adding relevant keywords to the meta information and on page content.
