In either scenario it's important to keep in mind that SEO can't operate in a silo. Input will be needed from different departments of the business in order to execute a balanced SEO campaign. While a small business may not have as many people involved, things can get complicated within a large organization.

Places to Find Keywords for Blog Post Titles

If you are blogging with SEO in mind (which you should be) you know that it's important to include targeted keywords in the post and meta information. The meta element that carries the most weight with the search engines is the title, so it's important to include keywords there as appropriate. Interview with SEO Expert Ian Lurie
